Secretary of State
Jocelyn Benson was elected Michigan Secretary of State in 2018. She brings a lifetime of elections advocacy and public service to her role as chief election officer and motor vehicle administrator for the state of Michigan.
Dana Nessel
Attorney General
A former criminal prosecutor and civil rights attorney, Dana Nessel was sworn in as Michigan’s 54th Attorney General on January 1, 2019. Her core initiatives have been fashioned in the image of her promise to Michigan’s residents — to give the Department of Attorney General back to the people that it serves.

Kyra Harris Bolden
Candidate for the Michigan Supreme Court
Kyra Harris Bolden is a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives. Before being elected to the position of state representative, Bolden was a civil litigation attorney. Kyra is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Justice Richard Bernstein
Candidate for the Michigan Supreme Court
Justice Richard Bernstein was elected to the Michigan Supreme Court in November 2014. Blind since birth, Justice Bernstein is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Michigan and earned his juris doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law. Bernstein has served on the Wayne State University Board of Governors and as an adjunct professor in the political science department at the University of Michigan.

Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist, II has dedicated his career to solving problems. An engineer by training, he uses thoughtful innovation, progressive reform, and efficient modernization of policies and programs to make the world better for hardworking families. As part of the Whitmer Administration, Lt. Governor Gilchrist has sought to address injustice and inequity across our state at every level. Lt. Governor Gilchrist’s approach to addressing these disparities is deeply rooted in fact- based practices, science, and connecting with individuals across Michigan.
